বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশে বসবাসরত মানুষের মনে কথা, তুলে ধরতে এই প্রবাস আলো অনলাইন পোট্রাল অগ্রণী ভুমিকারা রাখবে। বিশেষ করে যে সকল প্রবাসীরা বিদেশের মাটিতে সমস্যায় জর্জরিত তাদের কথা গুলোকে প্রথমে প্রাধ্যান্য দেয়া হবে, কারন প্রবাসের মাটিতে যারা বিভিন্ন সমস্যা নিয়ে দিনযাপন করছে তাদের কথা তুলে ধরা হলে তারা যদি এই সংবাদ প্রচারের মাধ্যমে একটু উপকৃত হয় সেটাই প্রবাস আলোর সফলতা।
প্রবাসের মাটিতে অনেকে আছেন যারা সে দেশে থাকার বৈধ কাগজ পত্র করতে পারছেনা বিধায় একুল ঐ কূল দুই কুলই হাড়াচ্ছে যেমন তারা পারছেনা বাংলাদেশে যে না পারছে ঠিকমতো কাজ কর্ম করতে। এছাড়াও সমসাময়ীক বিভিন্ন সমস্যা তুলে ধরার পাশাপাশি প্রবাসীদের সফলতার কথাও তুলে ধরা হবে।
